Responsibilities

• Overall management of field operations on the construction site.
• Create and manage project schedule to meet milestones.
• Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Establish budgets and control costs.
• Identify cost variances and mitigate them.
• Identify project risk and implement mitigation.
• Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct systematic quality control inspections.
• Adhere to company safety program and OSHA standards.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and daily time cards.
• Prepare daily logs and reports.
