Job summary

Garver is seeking a CAD Production Designer at its Harlingen Water Infrastructure Design Center. The role entails managing design tasks for various water business projects while mentoring junior Technicians. Responsibilities include developing 3D models and adhering to standards using software like Revit, Civil3D, and MicroStation.

This position offers a collaborative environment focused on quality and innovation, ensuring effective project delivery across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of computer aided drafting and design experience with a civil engineering design team.
• Experience with site development including grading, paving, drainage, and piping.
• Strong knowledge base in the use of Civil3D, Revit, or MicroStation software.

Responsibilities

• Develop drafting and design for water infrastructure projects.
• Lead the production of 3D models and maintain design standards.
• Mentor Technicians and manage workload on various projects.
