Job summary

Bradley Environmental Consultants is seeking Trainee Water Hygiene Technicians to join the Legionella/Water Hygiene team, supporting sites nationwide from the Spitfire House Training Centre. This remote role offers training, progression, and a pathway into environmental compliance across the UK.

Working across diverse sites, you’ll learn monitoring procedures, report issues, and gain qualifications while benefiting from company support, overtime opportunities, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• No asbestos experience required; full training provided.
• Good written and verbal communication for records and liaising with clients.
• Willingness to work at height and in confined spaces (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine water hygiene monitoring tasks (temperature checks, flushing, inspections).
• Identify and report deficiencies or non-compliance on client water systems.
• Maintain records and logbooks in line with L8/HSG274; on-site and digital reporting.
