Pros must provide their own tools/materials, carry General Liability Insurance, and complete Lula onboarding. Applicants will set their own hourly rates and must be 18+ with clean background.

Responsibilities

• Assist with property maintenance of several thousand rental properties in the Lexington area.
• Take on water heater related tasks as needed by Lula Pros and property managers.
• Coordinate with Lula network and clients to schedule work and ensure timely completion.
