Job summary

Wolla Trucking, LLC & Wolla Oilfield Services, LLC is seeking a full-time CDL A driver for oilfield services in Williston, ND. You will operate equipment safely, document compliance paperwork, and communicate with on-site staff to position assets appropriately.

Qualifications include a Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement, current DOT medical certificate, and a clean MVR. Ability to pass drug tests, and endure outdoor work in all conditions, is required.

Qualifications

• Background check and safety verification will be conducted.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Clean MVR with no DUIs or DWIs in the last 3 years.
• Ability to work flexible hours and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to speak/write English; pass drug/alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate equipment in a safe, professional manner.
• Document all required Company, Federal, State, and Customer paperwork clearly.
• Coordinate with on-site representatives to position equipment safely.
• Lead and direct subordinate personnel to perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs as needed.

Tasks

• Drive and operate equipment in a safe and professional manner.
• Properly document all Company, Federal, State, and Customer documentation/paperwork as required by law and or established policy in a clear and legible manner.
• Able to effectively and professionally communicate with on-sight customer representative to locate least intrusive and safest place to park company equipment while on job sight.
• Able to lead and direct subordinate personnel to perform duties/tasks in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
• Able to troubleshoot and as the need arises perform minor repairs to equipment.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

• Applicant shall agree to initial Drug/Alcohol testing and random testing thereafter.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a current and valid DOT medical certificate.
• Criminal background check and safety performance verification will be conducted.
• Clean MVR (2 or less traffic violations in current 3-year period). No DUIs or DWIs.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours.
• Must be able to speak/write English.
• Must be able distinguish emergency signals and instructions while on duty.
• Must be able repetitively sit, lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach and crawl.
• Must be able repeatedly lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in all outdoor elements for extended periods of time.
• Confined Space Entry may be required to accomplish tasks for some clients when applicable.
• Be able to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Must be able to climb ladders, and work from stationary platforms from elevated heights.
• Must be capable of working extended hours and variable shifts.

Minimum Required Education H.S. Diploma/GED

Preferred Minimum Required Work Experience:

• 1-3 year Verifiable CDL Class A driving experience
• 0-6 months of Water Hauling experience
• 1 Year of Winter Driving experience
• Valid CDL Class A - *Required with Tanker Endorsement*

• Pay Type: Commission
• Must be able to pass a fit for Duty test with the following requirements:
• Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment drug screen.
• Must be able to Speak and Understand English
• Must be a Legal Resident of The United States of America
