This role involves monitoring and completing water and fire restoration jobs, preparing documentation for insurance claims, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Competitive pay is offered, between $16 and $22 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in the restoration or construction industry not required but preferred.
• Valid Drivers’ License and satisfactory driving record are mandatory.
• Certifications like WTR and ASD preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, inspects, and completes water/fire restoration tasks.
• Explains processes used to complete active jobs to customers.
• Prepares documentation for insurance reimbursement.
