Job summary

Rainbow International in Highlands Ranch, CO is hiring a Restoration Technician to perform water, mold, and fire damage cleanup for residential and commercial properties. You will inspect and prepare sites, follow IICRC standards, and coordinate with customers and supervisors to deliver timely service.

You should be self-motivated, able to lift up to 100 pounds, have a valid driver's license, and be computer-literate to document jobs with our software.

Qualifications

• Restoration and construction experience helpful, but not required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Computer literate with basic software and spreadsheet knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup.
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure services are delivered timely.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate mitigation according to standards and Rainbow process.
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and review paperwork.
• Maintain restoration equipment and keep it ready for use.
• Perform marketing tasks to develop additional business when needed.
