SERVPRO of NW Portland is hiring mitigation technicians to join our growing team responding to water, fire, and storm damage across the Portland/Vancouver area.

Join a team where mitigation technicians get real training, real equipment, and a real path forward. We offer structured training with IICRC certification support, a growth track from Crew Chief to Production Management, and modern tools like DryBook, iCAT, and Matterport.

Qualifications

• Experience in water, fire, or storm damage mitigation.
• Comfortable on your feet, on ladders, and in tight or dirty spaces.
• Reliable, shows up, communicates with the team.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, and storm damage losses on active job sites.
• Run structural drying using DryBook for real-time documentation and moisture tracking.
• Handle demo, extraction, content manipulation, and equipment setup.
• Work directly with PMs and crew leads to keep projects moving from first response to close-out.
