Starting pay is $22 per hour, with potential to reach about $30 per hour after bonuses. This role includes occasional nights, weekends and on-call shifts, plus comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have a great work ethic and reliable attitude.
• Ability to respond to emergency water damage situations.
• Experience in mold remediation and fire damage cleaning is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency water damage recovery situations as needed.
• Perform mold remediation to restore affected areas.
• Perform fire damage cleaning and site cleanup.
• Treat customers and team members with respect and professionalism.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and maintain quality work.
• Inspect own work to ensure completeness and customer satisfaction.
