Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration in New Jersey is seeking a Carpet Cleaning and Restoration Technician to deliver high-quality restoration and cleaning services for homes and businesses. You will help restore properties to their best condition and retain customers by providing reliable service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of restoration experience, and basic math and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of restoration experience preferred.
• Basic math skills to determine appropriate equipment usage.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and reporting tools.
• Preferred certifications (IICRC) such as CCT are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide restoration services, including mold mitigation and fire & water damage restoration (certification opportunities available).
• Accurately complete documentation and obtain customer authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory and stock of tools and materials.
• Keep a detailed daily log and complete work orders.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry equipment and technology.
• Uphold company standards by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and accountability.
