Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing or water filtration installation experience.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, walk, stand, and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and master our water treatment systems.
• Shift available Mo-Th, Tu-Fr.
• Non-exempt hourly position.

Responsibilities

• Install and service water filtration systems: Perform expert installation of whole-house filtration systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Work with a variety of materials: Handle galvanized, copper, PVC, and CPVC piping using precise measurements and power tools.
• Master your craft: Cut, solder, and connect copper pipes with precision.
• Troubleshoot and repair: Diagnose, repair, and maintain systems per company standards and customer satisfaction.
• Handle emergency service calls: Respond to customer needs, including warranty repairs.
• Drive and deliver: Use a company vehicle to travel to customer appointments and ensure timely service.
• Maintain equipment: Conduct regular safety checks and maintenance on tools and installation equipment.
• Ensure quality control: Perform final inspections to guarantee systems are fully operational before leaving each job site.
• Manage inventory: Keep track of materials and ensure the right parts are on hand for every job.
