The City of Kirkwood, Missouri, seeks a Water Department worker to repair, maintain, and test water mains, valves, and hydrants. You will excavate, backfill, and perform pavement repairs, locating lines with meters and GIS tools. Outdoor work, exposure to weather, and overtime are common.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class B CDL, preferred.
• Experience with repairing water mains, valves, and hydrants.
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and use GIS mapping tools.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime and outdoors in various weather.
