Job summary

1-800 WATER DAMAGE is seeking a Water Damage Technician to assist team members, perform skilled and unskilled labor, and participate in mitigation and disaster response services. The role includes learning techniques through on-the-job training and providing high-quality customer service.

The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced restoration environment, wear a clean uniform, be on time for shifts, and be prepared for on-call duties and emergencies. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled and skilled labor as assigned.
• Show up on time in proper uniform and well-groomed.
• Be available for on-call and emergencies.
• Learn and practice commitment to customer service.
• Fill out paperwork properly (timesheets, PO forms, field check-list).
• Monitor loss and document readings.
• Carry out written and oral instructions with sound problem-solving ability.

Job Summary

The Water Damage Technician will assist other team members by providing skilled & unskilled labor while learning the techniques & receiving training required while performing professional mitigation & disaster response services for 1-800 Water Damage.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled & skilled labor as assigned.
• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform & well-groomed.
• Be available for on-call & emergencies.
• Learn & practice commitment to customer service.
• Fill out paperwork properly; (Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Check-list).
• Monitor loss & document readings.
• Must be able to exercise good judgment & to understand & carry out written & or oral instructions, along with sound problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License & maintain a good driving record
• Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands & arms and talk or hear.
• Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.

Compensation

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
