Voda Cleaning & Restoration in the Phoenix area seeks a Water Damage Technician to support restoration services and help retain customers through timely delivery. You will perform mitigation and restoration tasks, communicate with customers, and maintain tools and supplies in company vehicles in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and relevant certification in water mitigation or mold.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation, Mold, etc.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician's daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
