Job summary

SERVPRO – Arnold, MD is seeking a Restoration Technician to join the team in Arnold, MD. This full-time role offers on-the-job training with pay, and real opportunities to advance as you develop your skills.

No prior restoration experience is required; you’ll be trained and paid while you learn, with potential to move into Lead Technician, Crew Chief, or management roles as you grow within SERVPRO.

Responsibilities

• Help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and other property damage.
• Extract water and set up professional drying equipment.
• Remove damaged materials and perform demolition as needed.

• Clean and prepare affected areas.
• Take jobsite photos and document work using a phone or tablet.
• Keep jobsites, trucks, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Work alongside experienced Crew Chiefs and technicians.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Help customers get their homes and businesses back to normal.

As a Restoration Technician, you'll help homeowners and businesses recover after water damage, fires, mold, and other property emergencies. You'll work alongside experienced people who will teach you the job from the ground up.

Already have experience in restoration, construction, demolition, moving, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse work, or another hands-on trade? Even better. Starting pay will reflect your experience.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements
