Formación

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding work.
• Willingness to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to water, fire, storm, and mold losses with exceptional service.
• Perform water mitigation, fire cleanup, mold remediation, board-ups and tarping.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment.
• Protect properties from further damage.
• Document work using company technology.
• Communicate professionally with customers, insurance partners and teammates.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment.
• Follow IICRC standards, company procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in rotating on‑call schedule.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture.
