Responsible for efficiently and thoroughly monitoring the saltwater disposal field locations to ensure that these locations are fully operational, maximizing capabilities/intake along with maintaining a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Monitor and support field activities safety and efficiently
  • Utilize systems and processes for dispatching, monitoring, and control of the disposal systems.
  • Respond to alerts/alarms according to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Detect and respond to all infrastructure alerts and elevate to the appropriate parties as necessary
  • Have a working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
  • Monitoring fluid levels of each tank, ensuring safe operations
  • Maintain equipment and fluid levels to ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental agencies
  • Coordinate with trucking companies on delivery of water
  • Ensure smooth transition of shift turnovers through verbal and written communication.
  • Ensure ongoing improvement through evaluation of current processes.
  • Proactively monitor water levels at the site to ensure tanks are within their operating parameters
  • Record problems which occur, such as down time, and actions taken
  • Provide management with reports and detail as needed
  • Write effectively, and understand verbal and written communications, including but not limited to email.
  • Occasional but infrequent travel away from the usual assigned work location may be required.
  • Deal with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy and professionalism.
  • Speak clearly, both in person and by telephone, using a high level of verbal skills and listen carefully.
  • Maintain a regular, dependable attendance and a consistently high level of performance.
  • Will work non-traditional hours. 12-hour shift rotation is required to maintain a 24x7x365 operation.
  • Maintain a high regard for personal safety, for the safety of company assets and employees, and the general public.
  • Other daily, weekly, monthly or special project duties as identified and defined.
Education
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience/Specific Knowledge
  • Intermediate proficiency level in MS Office applications that may include but are not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Certifications, Licenses & Registrations
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers (for travel).
Competencies, Skills & Abilities
  • Good problem-solving skills, including the ability to utilize multiple resources to arrive at a solution.
  • Strong customer focus that includes demonstrated and consistent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly analyze changing conditions at the facilities, and make appropriate adjustments within operating parameters.
  • Ability to perform the required and expected duties with little or no direct supervision.
  • Must be able to work with a team, take direction from management, adhere to required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules.
  • Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily work.

Working Conditions
  • 24/7/365 operation; 12-hour shift work; rotating shifts; work schedule change may occur with little advance notice.
  • Unscheduled overtime is required and anticipated.
  • Occasional but infrequent travel away from the assigned work location may be required.
  • May be required to carry a cell phone, and be available to respond during working and non-working hours.
  • The successful candidate will be required to clear a drug screen and a complete background check, including credit report for certain positions, after an offer has been extended and prior to being employed.
