Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Merrimack, NH to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales for our luxury watch brands. You will become an expert on Movado, MVMT, OLIVIA BURTON, and other collections, assist customers in selecting items, and maintain compelling product displays.

A flexible schedule and commitment to store objectives are essential. The role offers an hourly wage starting at $15.00 with commission on all sales and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills with a focus on watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals as directed by the Store Manager.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of Movado merchandise and brands.
• Merchandise products according to company guidelines and maintain displays.
• Keep the store neat, clean, and professional; monitor ticketing and displays for accuracy.
• Follow all security and loss-prevention procedures per corporate policy.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
• Support the store with any additional tasks as required.
