Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience on wastewater/water treatment projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater and water treatment processes, construction methods, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of wastewater and water treatment projects, from site preparation to project completion.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the efforts of subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operators.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of work meets specs and industry standards.
• Scheduling and Budgeting: Develop and manage schedules, monitor progress, and control costs.
• Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and address issues promptly.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related obstacles to avoid delays.
• Documentation: Maintain daily reports, progress photos, and scope changes.
