Compensation Details

Training
Initial onboarding occurs over 2–4 weeks on the 1st shift.
1st Shift (Mon–Fri)
7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Requires active Wastewater Operator certification).
2nd Shift (Mon–Fri)
3:00 PM–11:00 PM.
3rd Shift (Mon–Fri)
11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
Weekend Night/Day Shift
- Thursday: 10:30 PM–7:00 AM
- Friday: 10:30 PM–11:00 AM
- Saturday: 10:30 PM–11:00 AM
- Sunday: 10:30 PM–7:00 AM
Core Duties
- Manage and regulate industrial wastewater and metal washing systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the functionality of chemical feed systems, tanks, filters, and various treatment apparatus.
- Conduct regular water quality evaluations to help maintain high standards of environmental compliance.
- Gather samples and evaluate the efficiency of the treatment system to optimize performance.
- Identify and resolve minor treatment issues, reporting significant concerns to supervisors or maintenance teams.
- Maintain thorough daily logs and inspection reports to ensure accurate data tracking.
- Assist in the safe transport of materials via forklift, with training provided for those needing certification.
- Organize, weigh, and label recycled materials to support efficient production cycles.
- Help maintain a clean and orderly workspace to ensure a safe environment for the entire team.
- Adhere strictly to all quality, safety, and environmental protocols to protect yourself and your colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in wastewater treatment or chemical/pH testing environments.
- Background in municipal, manufacturing, or industrial work settings.
- Knowledge of standard water quality testing, treatment equipment, and associated processes.
- Capability to supervise treatment systems and implement necessary operational adjustments.
- Proven ability to document treatment data and keep detailed operating logs.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus; candidates must be willing to obtain certification.
- Strong focus on safety and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to perform duties effectively while working independently.
- Fundamental computer literacy and record-keeping skills.
- Flexibility to accommodate weekend or overnight scheduling requirements.
