Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Wastewater Project Manager in Barnstable, MA to lead water and wastewater construction projects from planning through turnover.

You will oversee scheduling, cost control, procurement, and field operations, coordinating with owners, engineers, and subcontractors until project completion. The role requires 5+ years of project management experience in water/wastewater construction, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field,

Qualifications

• Experience managing water and/or wastewater treatment construction projects.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
• Proficiency with project management software and cost control processes.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, procurement, and owner pay applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field; OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and day-to-day execution of water and wastewater projects.
• Oversee project financials, cost tracking, forecasting, and owner pay applications.
• Manage field personnel, subcontractors, and procurement through turnover.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and vendors throughout delivery.
• Support plant start-up, commissioning, and project turnover activities.
