Job summary

Operators Unlimited seeks a Wastewater Operations Specialist to manage plant operations in Rock Hill, SC, serving customers across SC, NC and GA. You will operate treatment processes, monitor compliance, calibrate pH meters, and maintain records with Service Fusion and Acumatica.

You will collaborate with the Director of Wastewater Operations and OU team to drive safety, growth, and customer satisfaction. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, plus a valid

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic experience in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with applicable federal, state, and local wastewater policies and procedures.
• At least a B Physical/Chemical Wastewater License.

Responsibilities

• Operate a customer treatment plant in Rock Hill, SC.
• Respond to customers with thankfulness and professionalism.
• Ensure customers remain compliant with permits and regulations.
• Maintain records: flow reports, logbooks, rounds sheets, timesheets, mileage.
• Calibrate pH meters and adjust pH as needed.
• Understand discharge permits and comply with requirements.
• Use Service Fusion and Acumatica for data entry and reporting.
