Job summary

City of Glenpool, OK seeks a dedicated individual to assist in the daily operation and maintenance of the wastewater plant. Under general supervision, you will monitor pumps, gauges and meters, collect samples, and help ensure compliance with laws and standards.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, accurate reporting, inventory management and general site maintenance. The role requires flexibility to respond to emergencies and support plant operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
• Ability to respond to calls in emergency situations at any time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of the wastewater plant.
• Inspect and monitor pumps, charts, gauges, wells, tanks and meters daily.
• Assist in the application and adjustment of chemicals; collect samples and perform lab testing.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports/records; perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Inventory management and site/property maintenance; perform other related duties as assigned.
