Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Five years of wastewater plant maintenance/operation experience.
• Understanding of UV disinfection and SCADA/OT systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage WWTP operation, maintenance and repair.
• Develop division goals, work plans and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety policies are followed.
• Oversee UV disinfection systems and SCADA-related issues.
• Coordinate budgets, procurements and equipment needs.
• Supervise staff and provide training and evaluation.
• Prepare monthly reports and inform stakeholders.
