Job summary

Allen Harim Foods seeks a Wastewater Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, maintenance, and compliance at the Harbeson facility. You will supervise operators, coordinate activities, monitor performance, and respond to emergencies while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, Delaware wastewater certifications, and a laboratory testing background. You will work with a team to ensure efficient, compliant wastewater and potable water treatment

Qualifications

• Proven ability to supervise wastewater operators and lead a team.
• Knowledge of basic laboratory testing techniques and analysis.
• Experience with compliance to local, state, and federal environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate wastewater staff.
• Monitor plant performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure PPE adherence.
• Respond to emergencies and operational challenges promptly.
• Coordinate with management on maintenance and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate readings and record-keeping for tests and operations.
