Position Details:
  • This position will be based inMonett, MO
  • Shift Requirements: Tuesday - Friday - 7:30AM-4:00PM with weekend rotations, on-call every other week

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Position requires a current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions
  • Experience using basic hand tools
  • Experience using a computer (email, MS Office)

Physical Requirements of Position:
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Exposure to hot, cold, noisy, or dirty environments
  • Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, walking, standing, climbing
  • Working indoors and outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working independently in an industrial setting
  • Experience in industrial wastewater treatment or maintenance, particularly with reverse osmosis or other membrane technology
  • State‑level water or wastewater treatment certifications
  • Background in heavy industry (e.g., steel or metals manufacturing)
  • Familiarity with SCADA, HMI, or CMMS systems

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $42,000-$63,000. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
