Job summary

LRS in Chicago, IL is hiring a Material Recovery Facility (MRF) Laborer to sort and inspect recyclable materials on the conveyor line. You will ensure materials are sorted by size, type and condition, and maintain a clean and safe work area in a noisy, dusty environment.

You will report to the Operations Manager, attend safety meetings, wear PPE at all times, and perform other duties as assigned. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in challenging environmental

• Keep work area and all surrounding areas clean
• Report all unsafe work conditions or equipment issues immediately to supervisor
• Attend and participate in safety meetings
• Wear required personal protective equipment at all times
