Endress+Hauser Flow USA, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler - Waste and Recycling to join our team in Greenwood, IN. You will unload, sort, transport, and dispose of waste materials while maintaining a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.

The role requires operating forklifts and related equipment, coordinating chemical recycling and hazardous waste activities, and ensuring proper documentation. A GED and 1 year of related experience are preferred, with ERP/WMS and SAP knowledge a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, material handling, facilities support, recycling, environmental services, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, RF scanners, and SAP is a plus.
• Knowledge of waste management and hazardous waste handling is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collect, sort, transport, and dispose of recyclable materials, corrugated waste, scrap, pallets, crates, and general waste.
• Manage disposal of damaged pallets, crates, shipping materials, and packaging waste.
• Monitor and maintain compactors, recycling trailers, dumpsters, open-top containers, and waste collection areas.
• Support container unloading by breaking down master cartons, packaging, pallets, and shipping materials.
• Maintain clean receiving docks, outdoor storage, and recycling/waste areas.
• Coordinate facility chemical recycling and hazardous waste handling per procedures and training.
• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, storage, movement, and staging of hazardous waste and recycling materials.
• Perform periodic inspections of hazardous waste accumulation areas and recycling locations.
• Maintain required hazardous waste, recycling, and compliance documentation.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, compactors, balers, and other material handling equipment safely.
