Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50–75 lbs with or without assistance.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (not required).
• Prior experience in labor, construction, waste, or industrial work preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties in support of daily operations
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of yard, shop, and work areas
• Perform basic equipment, container, or site cleanup as assigned
• Assist drivers and operations staff as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or hazards immediately
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
