Job summary

WM is seeking a Plant Associate to unload waste from vehicles, decontaminate and stage waste for scanning and processing in a safe, productive manner. You will support operations by loading autoclave bins, operating tub wash lines, and ensuring the cargo area is clean and ready for reuse, with a strong emphasis on health and safety compliance.

This on-site role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and good communication with teammates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in plant environment or similar setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow health and safety directives and policies.

Responsibilities

• Unload waste from incoming vehicles and separate non-autoclavable waste for incineration.
• Stage waste for scanning and processing in the Biotrack system and on conveyor systems.
• Scan waste into the Biotrack system for recordkeeping.
• Load autoclave bins or incinerator hopper with waste for processing.
• Operate tub wash line and tub wash sprayer for decontamination and reuse.
