Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Background check required.
• Experience in waste handling, recycling, warehouse support, janitorial support, or general labor preferred.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to follow site safety procedures and direction from supervisors and managers.
• Experience using pallet jacks, balers, or other basic material handling equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, transport, process, and organize waste and recyclable materials.
• Operate or use site equipment (e.g., balers) as trained and authorized.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Report damaged, broken, or unsafe equipment and working conditions to site leadership.
• Support changing operational needs and work across different areas as needed.

• Assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned.
