NTN Bearing of America in Elgin, IL is seeking a Waste Management Forklift Driver to keep production areas clean and safe while supporting waste handling operations.
The role requires at least 1 year forklift experience, ability to read and follow safety instructions, and a willingness to become forklift certified. Starting wage is $21.00 per hour.
You will operate forklifts, manage waste materials, coordinate pickups, and help maintain 5S standards on the shop floor.

Assist in the safe production of quality products by ensuring clean and orderly conditions are maintained in production areas.
Starting Wage: $21.00
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At ANBM, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

A minimum of 1 year driving a fork-lift truck is required. Must be able to become forklift certified within our environment.
Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English to convey information effectively so others will understand.
Must be able to read, understand, and follow all safety instructions.
Able to consistently meet job attendance requirements.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts; hazards common to industrial settings; chemicals, vibration, and loud noises.
Safety shoes, safety glasses, chemical resistant gloves and bump caps for this position must be worn on the production floor. Other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.

Able to coordinate two or more limbs (for example, two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) while sitting or standing.

Regularly lift and /or move up to 15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Able to see details at a distance or at close range (a few feet).
Ability to judge which of several objects is closer or farther away and judge the distance between yourself and an object.
