Job summary

ABM is seeking a Waste Handling Supervisor in Illinois to lead and delegate the waste management team, ensuring safe operations and efficient disposal of client waste, including recyclables such as cardboard, plastics, scrap and pallets.

You will train staff on safety protocols, oversee distribution of materials, and maintain a respectful, healthy work environment while coordinating daily tasks to keep the recycling flow steady.

Job description

The Waste Handling Supervisor is responsible for managing, delegating job assignments and provide guidance to the waste management team members and arrange disposal of client waste. Supervisors are assigned in organizing a steady flow of recyclable goods. These items include but not limited to large cardboard items, plastic, scrap, refuse and wooden shipping pallets. All staff will be trained on safety protocols and distribution of materials. Everyone is responsible for maintaining a safe, respectful and heathy work environment.

Compensation: $64,480 annual salary (US Dollars)
