WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Laborer in Brockton, MA, to help maintain cleanliness and environmental compliance at the facility. This role involves high-visibility areas and requires PPE to stay safe and in contact with coworkers and management.

Responsibilities

• Be able to see the areas on the ground that need litter removed and disposed of in containers.
• Retrieve waste litter and place them in designated container.
• Perform sweeping and cleaning to the breakrooms and maintenance shop areas.
• Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
