Job summary

Sealaska Technical Services is seeking a Waste Management Manager in Los Alamos, New Mexico. This role manages groundwater sampling and waste management for the Legacy Cleanup Contract at LANL. Responsibilities include compliance monitoring, updating waste inventories, and training project staff on regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in engineering/environmental science, 5-8 years of experience in waste management, and strong communication skills. Candidates should be able to secure a federal security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of environmental waste management experience preferred.
• Candidate must be able to obtain a federal security clearance.
• Understanding and adherence to LANL and industry regulatory guidance.

Responsibilities

• Update EIMS waste inventory with purge water generated daily.
• Develop and review internal waste management procedures for compliance.
• Provide training to internal project staff regarding waste management regulations.
