• Regulatory knowledge of RCRA, DOT, TSCA and state regulations (2+ years).
• Safety and hazardous waste expertise in treatment, storage and disposal operations.
• Waste characterization knowledge and processing protocols.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and business perspective.

Responsibilities

• Review regulatory paperwork and ensure compliance with permits and safety standards.
• Provide guidance on regulatory interpretations to internal staff and customers.
• Coordinate with departments to address waste shipments and disposal facility requirements.
• Approve QA/QC documentation and facility disposal approvals.
• Assist with pricing related to safe and compliant waste treatment or removal.
• Support audits of disposal facilities for compliance and suitability.
