Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or willingness to obtain GED.
• Basic communication skills, including oral and written communication, reading, and computer literacy.
• Detail oriented with basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work well with other employees and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate four Wasino CNC machines and a sorting machine.
• Load and unload parts and perform basic machine offsets, adjustments, and tooling changes.
• Inspect parts using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Complete quality checks and production records; perform routine operator maintenance.
• Collaborate with Set-Up, Quality, and Maintenance to keep production moving and train other operators as needed.
