Job summary

Cintas is hiring a Warehouse Associate – Washroom Operator to support the Rental Division. You will load and unload garments and bulk items into industrial washers and dryers, set wash/dry parameters, and coordinate transfers between machines.

The role emphasizes safety, attendance, and reliable performance in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, ensuring cleanliness, and meeting quality standards while communicating with team members and learning to use

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Attendance is required; able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn computer/console use and communicate with team.
• Able to handle materials that are soiled with PPE as needed.
• Standing, bending, lifting and physical activity required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload customer garments and bulk products into Washers/Dryers.
• Coordinate transfers between washers and dryers and monitor equipment.
• Maintain clean work area and meet quality/quantity standards.
• Follow safety policies and attendance requirements.
• Support a fast-paced production environment and adapt to shifts and schedules.
