Job summary

Cintas is hiring a Warehouse Associate – Washroom Operator to support the Rental Division in Louisiana. You will safely load and unload garments and bulk items into industrial washers and dryers, set wash/dry parameters, and coordinate transfers between machines while maintaining a clean, efficient work area.

The role emphasizes meeting quality standards and complying with safety and attendance policies. Full-time schedule with 3rd shift, based in the Rental department. Benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must be able to operate a computer/console for work activities.
• Must communicate with others to complete tasks.
• Must handle materials that may be soiled or have odors with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload customer garments and bulk products into industrial washers and dryers.
• Coordinate transfers between washers and dryers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quality standards for output.
• Operate washroom equipment to set wash and dry parameters based on product type.
