Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Production Team Partner - Washroom Operator in Harlingen, TX. You will load/unload industrial washers and dryers and support on-the-floor operations with on-the-job training.

The role features a 5-day work week with Saturdays and Sundays off, opportunities for growth, and a team-focused culture. Benefits include 401K with company match, health insurance, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Able to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Able to perform basic mathematical operations using US units.
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Wash and operate washing machines by load formulation, processing sequence, and proper sling weight.
• Dry and unload the dryers.
• Deliver processed garments to designated finishing area.
• Deliver processed flatgoods to designated area.
• Monitor detergent supply and report malfunctions.
• Report all production processes accurately.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Complete paperwork and recordkeeping in a timely manner.
• Follow safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
