Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and growth of the team. The position requires active licensure, a relevant bachelor’s degree, fieldwork hours, and supervised experience under WAC regulations. Hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics per WAC 246-805-220
• Supervised experience requirement per WAC 246-805-230

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree; 1000 field work hours; 1 year ABA experience

135 classroom hours in ABA topics per WAC 246-805-220

Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Required Credentials

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210. Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics described in WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.
