Job summary

WASH is hiring an Installer to install and remove washers and dryers in apartment and condo complexes and homes across the USA. The role requires manual labor, driving, and strong mechanical skills. You will set up machines, perform light maintenance, and ensure safe transit and connections.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, good English communication, and the ability to lift heavy loads. Some Spanish bilingual ability is desirable. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good driving record and reliable transportation.
• Customer service skills and strong English communication.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish desirable.
• Mechanically inclined with basic tool usage; ability to lift 50 lbs and occasionally 200 lbs with dolly.
• Willing to train right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload washers and dryers onto/off trucks using a hand truck and lift gate.
• Secure machines for transport with pads and straps.
• Prepare, move, and install machines in laundry areas.
• Connect/disconnect hoses and exhaust ducts; perform light plumbing/electrical work.
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment; report needed repairs.
