Job summary

Truckomat-Corporation is seeking a full-time Washbay Supervisor to lead a team in the evening shift. You will manage on-site washing of trucks, ensure equipment is maintained, and deliver frontline customer service to a large customer base from our Walcott, IA location.

The role requires a high school diploma, retail and supervisory experience, and strong communication to de-escalate issues. A self-motivated, dependable candidate with reliable transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months of supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively to de-escalate customer issues.
• Mechanical/maintenance experience a plus.
• Must be a self-motivated individual.
• Dependable with reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule availability to ensure coverage.
• Ability to solve problems and deal with various work-related situations.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to Truckomat customers.
• Process cash-handling transactions.
• Hand-brush trucks per driver’s request.
• On-site equipment maintenance.
• Keep the work area clean and safe for employees and customers.
• Supervise a team of Washbay attendants and work alongside them to ensure trucks are washed to our excellent standards.
