Mazda of Clearwater is seeking a Wash Technician to keep our vehicles looking their best. This full-time, hourly role is based in Clearwater, FL, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will thoroughly wash and detail vehicles, inspect for damages, maintain the wash area, and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous auto-detailing or wash experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cleaning products and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and high-quality standards.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Senior Automotive Detailer or Service Manager.

Job Summary:

As a Wash Technician at Mazda of Clearwater, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our vehicles for our valued customers. This is a full-time, hourly position located in Clearwater, Florida. This role requires a skilled laborer with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15, paid biweekly. In addition, you will be eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly wash and detail vehicles according to dealership standards
• Use proper cleaning techniques and tools to avoid any damage to vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for any damages and report them to management
• Maintain and organize the wash area and equipment
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns and answering questions about the vehicle cleaning process
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Senior Automotive Detailer or the Service Manager.

Requirements:
