Qualifications

• Experience in Production within a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience preferred/certified.
• Basic mathematics and calculus understanding.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee the wash line process to clean bales effectively.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Safely operate a forklift to transport bales and materials to and from the wash line.
• Load and unload materials required.
• Follow safety protocols and inspect the forklift before use.
• Operate additional equipment (conveyors, shredders, separators) on the wash line.
• Ensure equipment functions properly and report malfunctions to maintenance.
• Check materials before and after processing for quality.
• Document and report deviations from quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety policies to prevent accidents.
• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by addressing hazards.
