Job summary

Spectrum Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a hands-on maintenance assistant to support our field operations in Alabaster, AL. The role emphasizes keeping trucks and equipment clean and ready for use, and assisting the maintenance team with routine tasks.

You will perform outdoor duties in varied weather, follow safety protocols, and help maintain the yard and office environment. PPE is required, and additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor to keep operations safe and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Wash and maintain the cleanliness of trucks and equipment.
• Perform routine cleaning & maintenance of the OWS (Oil/Water Separator) System.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the yard and office grounds.
• Assist the maintenance team with light repair or service tasks.
• Perform duties outdoors in varying weather conditions (hot, cold, wet).
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Help ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
