Job summary

Winters Recreation LLC in Sauk Centre is looking for a full-time Wash Bay Attendant. You will wash, clean, and detail golf carts and snowmobiles to our high standards and assist with preparing parts for customers. No experience is required; we provide hands-on training and support to help you succeed.

You’ll enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., plus every fourth Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Able to work around water and cleaning chemicals.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

As a Wash Bay Attendant, you'll play an important role in preparing our golf carts and snowmobiles for customers. Your primary responsibilities include washing, cleaning, and detailing units to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and appearance. You'll also have opportunities to assist with cleaning, prepping, and painting parts while learning additional skills throughout our operation.

This active position involves operating power washers, safely moving equipment, inspecting products for imperfections, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Candidates should be comfortable working around water, cleaning chemicals, noise, and varying conditions. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety are essential for success.

Enjoy consistent, predictable hours with a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m., plus every fourth Saturday from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Starting pay ranges from $18-$22 per hour.
