Job summary

Lew Thompson & Son Trucking invites a Wash Bay Attendant to maintain clean tractors and trailers, ensuring detailing quality and a safe, organized workspace. You will support drivers by keeping wash fluids topped up and performing routine detailing of tractors and sleepers.

We value safety, reliability and practical experience with power washing. A valid license and high school diploma are required, with English communication preferred for team coordination.

Qualifications

• Operate powered hose and nozzle up to 3000–3500 psi.
• Move and position tractor-trailers within the lot.
• Read, write and communicate in English (preferred).
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Follow safety protocols for handling washing chemicals.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Power wash and detail tractors and trailers.
• Clean and detail sleeper trucks.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Assist technicians with housekeeping and organization.

Job description

The Wash Bay Attendant maintains the cleanliness and detailing of tractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper levels of window washer fluid for driver access.
• Power was and detail tractors and trailers.
• Clean and detail sleeper trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and clear workspace.
• Assist Technicians with housekeeping and organization as needed

Requirements

• Ability to operate powered hose and nozzle with 3000-3500 psi.
• Ability to move, adjust and maneuver tractor-trailers within the lot.
• Understand, communicate, read, and write the English language. (preferred)
• Ability to Lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow safety protocols for handling washing chemicals.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
