Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Wash Alley Operator in Henderson, NV to load washers in proper sequence and ensure weight and mix meet specifications. You will maintain operation and sequencing of garment types, groups, specials, and soil classifications per cleanroom washroom requirements.

Key duties include operating industrial washers, following formula charts for washroom chemicals, monitoring temperatures and water levels, and completing logs per ISO 9001.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Wash Alley Operator to load washers in proper sequence, ensure weight and mix are per specifications. Maintain operation and sequence of garment types, groups, specials, and soil classifications according to cleanroom washroom requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operates industrial washers. Ensures all products are washed per weight, type, specifications. Attention to detail is critical as not to compromise customer requirements and cleanroom standards.
• Ensures washroom chemicals are used according to formula charts.
• Monitors temperatures, water levels, and running times.
• Completes paperwork and wash alley logs per cleanroom requirements.
• Performs work in accordance with the location’s quality management system and compliance to ISO 9001 requirements.
• Consistently meet or exceed the departmental productivity and quality requirements.
