Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a motivated Snow Removal technician to clear base area roads and parking lots overnight using heavy equipment. This seasonal role supports daily operations and adapts to weather conditions.Candidates should be mechanically inclined, safety‑minded, and able to work with a team in challenging outdoor conditions. A valid work vehicle and readiness for swing/graveyard shifts are required; opportunity for additional hours may arise.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be safety‑minded and able to follow instructions precisely.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort operating or assisting with heavy equipment.
• Experience with heavy equipment is preferred, not required.
• Ability to work well in a team in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and service vehicles and equipment as required.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment during overnight shifts.
• Follow directions during training and on assignments; report issues promptly.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform minor repairs or changes as needed.
• Exhibit professional conduct and radio etiquette while on duty.
